在執行sc stop xxx_service或service xxx_service stop時，wrapper執行shutdown hook前的timeout時間就是用以下設定，預設值為30秒:

wrapper.shutdown.timeout=30

而shutdown hook執行的timeout則是用以下值，預設值為15秒:

wrapper.jvm_exit.timeout=15
